They took away alot of the features that first created value. They do toliet paper math I do real math and their math isnt mathing... Without those features the value isnt there on the softball side of things. Parents I have tried to get to come with us and other ppl I have talked too in our community as well as myself dont see how paying this price is worth it. If items are on sale you dont get the discounts promised and you cant pay for lessons when the instructors are always changing if they even have anyone. Kids have to start completely over with new ppl and no one even calls you to notify you the lessons you booked will be done by someone new until you cant access stuff online and call asking why....Baseball is where their focus is its a boys club in there. This is the worst facility to go to for softball. My child has 0 instructors for her position and constantly rotating softball staff. After her instructor left over a year ago and months of asking a friend//extended fam member willing to assist her as she is a catcher who only agreed because its been 2 seasons with no catching instructors and I was at the hospital with an emergency so he decided on a whim to help her whi

Coach Jacob worked with my son and it’s been really great. Not only technical but he is helping build my son’s self esteem and he is becoming more resilient mentally as well. Great experience

I took my 12 year old son here right after they opened, and we continue to go back frequently, sometimes with all four of my boys (14, 12, 7, & 7). The staff is just the right amount of helpful, not so much to be a bother. The instructors have helped all of us become better players and several times have stopped to coach him just when they are walking by. When one of the kids decided to buy a new bat, D-Bat actually had the model my son had set his heart on. I guess they have one of the largest selections in the area. Anyaway, we were able to trial the bat a few times with their machines to make sure it was a good fit, and as a parent, I was thrilled when the knowledgeable staff guided him into the next longer length, which means we'll have it for longer. Even better, the price was less at D-bat than anything my son found online. The machines and the entire facility are incredible- way nicer than anything available in central IL.

While visiting UIUC for a short term, we found this place great! Perfect for my boy’s pitching and batting practice. Wonderful new facilities and Derrick, manager here is great and very much accommodating to our needs. We love it!
